These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS) govern the sale of products offered by Lenaïa on the www.lenaia.shop website. By placing an order, you accept these conditions without reservation. Please read them carefully before confirming your order.

The products offered for sale on our site are sunglasses. Each product is described in detail on our site, including its main characteristics and price.
The products we offer may vary according to stock availability. If a product is unavailable after you have placed your order, we will inform you by email as soon as possible and offer you an alternative or a refund.
3. Order
3.1 Order process
The order is considered accepted once you have validated your basket and made payment. You will then receive a confirmation email summarizing your order and its tracking number.
3.2 Order modification
Once an order has been validated and dispatched, it is no longer possible to modify it. If you wish to make changes to an order that has not yet been dispatched, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@lenaia.shop.
4. Prices and payment
All product prices are quoted in euros (or other currency depending on location), inclusive of all taxes, including applicable VAT. Delivery charges are added when the order is finalized, and their amount depends on the delivery address and carrier selected.
4.2 Payment methods
Payment for orders may be made by credit card, PayPal, or other payment methods specified on our site. Payment is secured by Shopify Payment, guaranteeing the protection of your personal data.
5. Shipping
5.1 Shipping times and costs
We ship worldwide. Shipping costs are calculated according to the delivery address and shipping method chosen. Delivery charges are indicated before payment.
Metropolitan France: Delivery within 3 to 7 working days.
Europe: Delivery within 5 to 10 working days.
International: Delivery within 7 to 15 working days, depending on destination.
Delays may occur, notably due to local carrier or customs conditions.
Each pair of glasses is carefully packaged to ensure delivery in perfect condition:
The pair of glasses is placed in an individual pouch with a cleaning cloth.
It is then placed in a rigid protective box.
Finally, the protective boxes are placed in sturdy transport boxes stamped Lenaïa for maximum security.
5.3 Responsibility for delivery
Once the parcel has been picked up by the carrier, Lenaïa cannot be held responsible for delays or problems in delivery. In the event of damaged or lost parcels, please consult our Returns Policy for more information.
6. Warranty
6.1 Warranty exclusions
The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse or accident. For example, glasses broken as a result of mishandling or inappropriate use will not be covered by the warranty.

In accordance with the RGPD (General Data Protection Regulation), your personal information is processed securely. They are used solely to process your order and to improve our services.
